Forces Virtual Experiment

P7 Homework 46 Comments »

You are going to carry out an experiment to find out on which surface a sleigh will travel furthest. You are going to start the sleigh moving with a push. To make sure this is a fair test you will need to have the same size push and the same sleigh each time. You will work through the activity, following the tasks written (and spoken) at the top of the screen. Remember to record the distances travelled (or flags reached) on paper.

When you have completed the activity you can now submit a comment to the Blog explaining why the sleigh travelled further on a particular surface and why it did not travel as far on another surface.

If you are unsure of anything either ask your teacher or leave a comment on the blog. Sleigh Experiment

All answers are to be posted by Thursday 18th January.

P.S. Remember this time all your comments/posts will only be shown on Friday 19th January. i.e after the due date.
